Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi, seeks a Hostess who will greet guests, assist with seating, and support restaurant operations. Fluency in English is required; additional German, Russian or Mandarin language skills are a plus. The ideal candidate has hospitality experience and a friendly, professional demeanor.

This is a full-time, on-site role at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi. Preferred candidates will be able to manage guest flow, assist staff during peak times, and maintain high service

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of work experience in hotel operations.
• Previous Hostess experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency required; German/Russian/Mandarin language skills are an advantage.

Summary

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Hostess is responsible to assist with receiving guests in the hotel's restaurants, manages the inventory of the outlet, and assists the service staff whenever necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of work experience in hotel operations.
• Previous work experience as a Hostess is a plus.

Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
