Fundamental Hospitality is seeking passionate Hostesses to join our Dubai concepts including Sirene Beach by GAIA, La Plage by La Maison Ani, Shanghai Me, and KIGO. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, and help deliver an elevated guest experience.

Fundamental Hospitality is looking for passionate and experienced Hostesses to join our teams across our Dubai concepts: Sirene Beach by GAIA, La Plage by La Maison Ani, Shanghai Me, and KIGO.

We are seeking confident, guest-focused individuals who understand the importance of a warm welcome and can deliver a seamless, elevated experience from the moment guests arrive.

Sirene Beach by GAIA

An Aegean-inspired beach club where Mediterranean flavours, refined hospitality, and vibrant coastal energy come together in a distinctive beachfront experience.

Shanghai Me

A sophisticated Pan-Asian dining concept blending bold flavours, contemporary design, and an energetic yet refined atmosphere.

KIGO

A Japanese Omakase concept at Four Seasons Dubai, offering an intimate and elevated dining experience centred around Japanese culinary artistry and exceptional hospitality.

La Plage by La Maison Ani

A chic beachfront dining destination inspired by the elegance of the French Riviera, where refined Mediterranean cuisine, relaxed luxury, and effortless hospitality come together in a vibrant coastal setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and warmly greet all guests upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently.
• Coordinate closely with the service team to ensure a seamless dining or beach club experience.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the venue, concept, menu, and daily operations.
• Recognise and accommodate the preferences of regular, VIP, and high-profile guests.
• Ensure the reception area and guest-facing spaces are maintained to the highest standards.
• Support the team in delivering an exceptional and personalised guest experience.
• Maintain impeccable grooming, presentation, and professional etiquette at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess in a luxury restaurant, beach club, or high-end hospitality/ lifestyle environment.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a naturally warm and welcoming personality.
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
• Confident, composed, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
