Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a training, HR, or quality coordination role (hospitality experience preferred).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions including bookings, materials, and follow-up.
  • Maintain training calendars and inform team members of sessions.
  • Support onboarding programs and assist with orientations.
  • Track training attendance and generate reports.
  • Help monitor service standards through quality audits.
