Responsibilities

• Ensure safe storage, care and use of chemicals and protect colleagues from dangerous usage
• Ensure correct usage of safety equipment (gloves, boots, goggles, mask, hats)
• Maintain hygiene standards in all stewarding surfaces, areas and equipment
• Empty and clean waste bins and areas according to schedule
• Keep exit areas free of obstacles at all times
• Keep dishwashing areas and equipment clean; liaise with engineering for maintenance
• Lead energy-conservation and environmental practices within the hotel
• Perform any other related duties as requested
