Job summary

A leading hospitality company is seeking a proactive Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales team in Dubai. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and preferably be fluent in German. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional client service and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients ensuring their needs are met.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through research and client outreach.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Stay informed of market trends to support strategic sales planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports.
  • Work closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Events teams.
  • Organize and conduct site inspections and client meetings.
  • Ensure all client data is accurately recorded in the CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
