Job summary

Elite Butlers Hospitality Solutions is seeking a hands-on Hospitality Recruiter to join our Dubai team and manage recruitment assignments across luxury hospitality and private staffing. This execution-focused role involves sourcing candidates, interviewing, evaluating suitability, and driving mandates through to closure for roles such as butlers, estate managers, private chefs, EAs/PAs, and chauffeurs.

You will build and maintain an active pipeline across the UAE and international markets,

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within hospitality, luxury services, executive search or staffing.
• Strong understanding of hospitality positions and operational profiles.
• UAE/GCC market experience is highly advantageous.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate-mapping capabilities.
• Strong interviewing and candidate-assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through selection and joining.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals and direct outreach.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, communication, grooming, service orientation and cultural fit.
• Recruit for Butler, House/estate Manager, Private Chef, EA/PA, housekeeping, chauffeurs and other luxury roles.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into clear candidate-search strategies.
• Maintain an active pipeline of hospitality professionals in UAE and international markets.
• Present shortlisted candidates with interview notes and recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with clients and candidates.
• Support offer negotiations, documentation and onboarding.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Hospitality Recruiter to join our Dubai team and manage recruitment assignments across luxury hospitality and private staffing This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys actively sourcing candidates speaking with people interviewing assessing suitability and driving mandates through to successful closure The recruiter will work on diverse assignments ranging from luxury hospitality positions to highly confidential roles within private residences and UHNI family environments

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through selection and joining
• Source candidates through LinkedIn job portals databases referrals hospitality networks and direct outreach
• Screen and interview candidates to assess experience communication personality grooming service orientation and cultural fit
• Recruit for positions including Butlers House Estate Managers Private Chefs EA PAs Housekeeping professionals Chauffeurs and other hospitality lifestyle roles
• Understand client briefs and translate them into clear candidate-search strategies
• Maintain an active pipeline of high-quality hospitality professionals across the UAE and international markets
• Present shortlisted candidates with clear interview notes and recommendations
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure timely follow-ups
• Manage candidate expectations relating to compensation relocation availability and joining
• Support offer negotiations documentation and onboarding
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the company s ATS CRM
• Build long-term professional relationships with candidates and develop strong referral networks
• Handle sensitive candidate and client information with strict confidentiality and discretion
• Work against defined recruitment timelines and closure targets

Ideally, you will have:

• 2 5+ years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience , preferably within hospitality, luxury services, executive search or staffing.

• Previous recruitment experience in the UAE/GCC market would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate-mapping capabilities.
• Strong interviewing and candidate-assessment skills.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Confident telephone and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, target-oriented recruitment environment .
• A genuine interest in luxury hospitality and private staffing.
• Hotel operational experience combined with recruitment experience would be an advantage.
• UAE Visa Status Preference will be given to candidates who are currently based in the UAE and already hold a valid residence status, such as a family/dependent-sponsored visa, Golden Visa, or other valid self-sponsored residence visa permitting employment subject to applicable UAE work-permit requirements.
