Job summary

Workato is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our Abu Dhabi team. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure tasks are completed on time, and guide a team of professionals to maintain high quality.

You will need excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive approach to safety, reporting, and cross‑department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role in hospitality.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Understanding of safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations to ensure they are running smoothly
• Develop strategies to improve workflow processes
• Supervise staff by providing guidance, training and feedback
• Prepare reports on performance metrics and progress made
• Make sure safety policies are followed at all times
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient collaboration
