• Ensure daily operations run smoothly within the assigned team.

• Enforce company policies and regulations.
• Manage staff schedules and assign tasks to maximize productivity.
• Provide direction to employees regarding their work responsibilities.
• Resolve conflicts between employees or departments as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with other departments on behalf of the team.
• Prepare accurate reports on employee performance or departmental activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and advise management on stock replenishment.
