Job summary

A leading hospitality organization in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Corporate IT Support Coordinator to ensure the highest possible IT service is provided to office users. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, relevant IT support experience, and proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software across multiple platforms. Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in an IT support role.
  • Proven experience in a corporate or multi-site environment, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience with both on-premises and cloud-based IT solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest possible IT service is provided to Corporate office users.
  • Assist in creating training materials and delivering training sessions to end-users.
  • Ensure smooth and safe operation of the IT environment provided to Corporate employees.

Skills

Troubleshooting hardware and software for Windows, Android, macOS and iOS
Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
Proficiency in Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Fluency in English

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate)
