Job summary

ARK HR Management Consultancy is seeking an Interior Design Manager for a fast-growing, design-led hospitality group in the UAE. The role sits at the core of hotel development, overseeing design execution for new properties and leading refreshes for existing hotels, including branded residences and branded offices.

You will lead design development from concept to delivery, manage external consultants, safeguard brand identity, review layouts and FF&E specifications, balance creativity with cost

Qualifications

• Experience delivering lifestyle hotel projects.
• In-house at interior design firm or hotel owner/development team.
• Understanding hospitality brand DNA and guest experience fundamentals.
• Commercially aware with budget management.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design development from concept through to project delivery.
• Manage and coordinate external design consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Safeguard brand identity across new builds, refurbishments, and asset enhancements.
• Review layouts, FF&E specifications, materials, and mock-ups.
• Ensure design intent is protected throughout construction and handover.
• Balance creativity with cost control, timelines, and value engineering.
• Work closely with development, project management, and operations teams.
