Responsibilities

  • Support HR administration such as contracts, letters and personnel.
  • Ensure accurate information is fed into the bespoke HR system.
  • Assist with employee relations issues confidentially.
  • Ensure recruitment process is adhered to.
  • Support departmental training requirements.
  • Ensure pay reviews and absence monitoring are managed.
