A leading hospitality firm in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis to support budgeting and forecasting across its luxury properties. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of finance experience in the hospitality sector, including skills in financial metrics and advanced Excel. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within Hospitality Finance with at least 1 year in FP&A.
• Understanding of hospitality financial metrics and operational drivers including RevPAR, ADR, and GOP.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) or progress toward certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and coordination of annual budget process across all properties.
• Assist in monthly financial forecasting ensuring accuracy.
• Prepare variance analysis reports comparing actual results to budget.
