Job summary

A leading hotel chain in Dubai is seeking a Finance Coordinator to provide organizational and administrative support to the Finance & Purchasing Departments. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, staff attendance reporting, and assisting with payroll processes. The ideal candidate should have a college degree, strong communication skills, and at least one year of experience in the hospitality industry.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in similar role is preferable.
  • Finance/Purchasing related experience preferred.
  • Must like the numbers and accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide organizational and administrative support to the Finance & Purchasing Departments.
  • Maintain positive relations with suppliers and clients.
  • Assist Finance & Purchasing teams during vacation times.
  • Organize a variety of documents and maintain office supplies.

Outstanding communication skills in English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook

Education

College education or Hotel/business administration degree
Certified course in administrative management
