Responsibilities

• Support cleaning requirements across areas such as kitchens, food and beverage operations, and laundry.
• Prepare fresh, clean linens for hotel operations and guest use.
• Clean and maintain dining ware according to required quality standards.
• Operate dishwashing machines and hand-wash stations safely and correctly.
• Use linen washers and dryers when supporting laundry operations.
• Operate and maintain assigned cleaning equipment and tools.
• Transport dishware, linens, and related items between appropriate hotel areas.
• Keep assigned work areas clean, organized, and ready for operational use.
• Follow established quality expectations and hotel procedures.
• Assist different departments with cleaning and utility requirements as operational needs change.
• Complete other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.
