• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years in accounts receivable, accounting or finance.
• Experience with invoicing, payment posting and reconciliations.
• Proficient Excel and familiarity with SAP or Oracle NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
• Record incoming payments and allocate to customer accounts.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing and receivables reporting.
