The Director will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, develop new service offerings, strengthen market presence, and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, and partners. This role also involves mentoring team members, supporting talent development, and promoting a culture of innovation, ethical practice, and client-centeredness.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams and mentoring senior professionals.
• Proven expertise in real estate consulting or advisory, ideally including exposure to RERA, financial services, debt syndication, or government and legal advisory.
