Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Plant Care Specialist to maintain interior landscape features at a high-profile venue. The role requires 2–3 years of plant care experience in luxury settings and knowledge of ornamental plant requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Botany or a related field and demonstrates IPM knowledge, chemical safety, and strong organizational skills for meticulous recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of plant care experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel, resort, or other high profile public venue with interior landscape features.
• Degree or formal education in Botany, Horticulture, Arboriculture, Ornamental Horticulture (preferred)
• Knowledge of ornamental plant requirements, including use of insecticides, fertilizers, and gardening tools.
• Understanding of integrated pest management (IPM) principles and safety procedures for handling chemicals.
• Ability to review plant care practices and adapt to vessel operations, strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
