Job summary

Black & Grey HR in Dubai seeks a dedicated Home Healthcare Assistant to provide one-to-one care for a young child at home. You will work closely with therapists and family to support developmental goals and daily routines.

The role requires empathy, patience and strong English communication, with options for 12-hour shifts or live-in arrangements. Prior home care experience is preferred; immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Good command of English for daily communication and therapy participation.
• Compassionate, patient and responsible caregiver.
• Willingness to learn and follow therapy and care routines.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily home healthcare support tailored to the child’s needs in a safe environment.
• Attend and participate in therapy sessions and implement exercises at home.
• Support play and activities to aid speech, language and developmental milestones.
• Follow daily therapy routines and document progress as required.
• Communicate with parents and healthcare professionals about the child’s well-being.
• Support the child’s emotional, physical and developmental needs with empathy.
