We are a fast-growing holiday homes company in Dubai. We manage luxury apartments and deliver 5-star guest experiences. Now we’re hiring an Operations Manager who keeps everything running smooth.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to guests on Airbnb, Booking.com, and all booking portals
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and mid-stay requests
  • Coordinate housekeeping teams and maintenance crews
  • Make sure every apartment is spotless before guests arrive
  • Track inventory: linens, amenities, toiletries, and essentials
  • Schedule cleanings and perform random quality checks
  • Assist in furnishing, setup, and inspections of new units
  • Keep communication clear with the company manager at all times
  • Maintain high review ratings and resolve issues quickly
  • Handle any urgent tasks when they pop up, because they do

What You Bring

  • Experience in hospitality operations or short-term rentals
  • Strong written English for quick and friendly replies
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfort working with booking platforms and apps

Work Setup
