Key Responsibilities
- Teach History to KS3 and KS4 students following the National Curriculum for England.
- Plan and deliver well‑structured lessons that build historical knowledge, analytical thinking, and strong written communication.

- Encourage students to explore historical events, cultural perspectives, global citizenship, and evidence‑based reasoning.

- Develop learning resources that challenge students while supporting different abilities and learning styles.

Ideal Profile
- B.Ed. or degree with PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching the National Curriculum for England.
- Proven experience teaching History at KS3 and KS4 level.
- Excellent subject knowledge with the ability to make History relevant, structured, and engaging.
- Strong understanding of GCSE expectations, assessment methods, and examination preparation.
- Proven track record of outstanding learning and teaching.
