Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Histology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of histology laboratory experience.
• Strong technical skills in histology procedures and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Proficient in data entry and analysis (LIMS).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tissue samples for processing, including embedding, sectioning, and staining.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as microtomes, tissue processors, and staining machines.
• Perform quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and precision of results.
• Keep accurate records of all samples and procedures performed.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory solutions and reagents.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend improvements.
• Comply with safety and quality assurance protocols.
• Collaborate with pathologists and other laboratory staff to ensure timely delivery of results.
• Participate in training to stay current with new histology techniques.
