Job summary

BRICKHOUSE PROPERTIES LLC is seeking a driven Sales Executive in Dubai to guide NRI investors through off-plan residential purchases. You will build long-term relationships, present Tier 1 projects, and close deals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

2–5 years of UAE real estate sales experience is preferred, with strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills. English required; Hindi/Kannada/Tamil useful.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years proven real estate sales experience in UAE (off plan preferred).
• Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals independently.
• Proficiency in English mandatory; Hindi, Kannada, Tamil languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into off-plan property sales.
• Present and pitch top UAE developers' projects with confidence.
• Conduct property viewings, site visits and developer presentations.
• Negotiate terms and guide clients through full sales process from inquiry to booking.
• Maintain CRM records and stay updated on market trends.
