We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Helper to support our construction team on-site across various projects. This role is essential to maintaining productivity, safety, and efficiency on construction sites. The Helper will perform a wide range of supportive tasks under the supervision of foremen and lead workers, contributing directly to the successful completion of projects. From material handling and site preparation to equipment maintenance and cleanup, the Helper plays a vital role in ensuring operations run smoothly. Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks, including transporting materials and tools to work areas
  
• Prepare work sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up temporary structures
  
• Operate and maintain basic hand and power tools under supervision
  
• Help with the assembly, disassembly, and storage of scaffolding, forms, and equipment
  
• Perform cleaning and site cleanup at the end of each shift to ensure a safe and organized worksite
