Job summary

AW Rostamani Holdings LLC seeks a Warehouse Helper to support operations by receiving, inspecting, and organizing materials in the warehouse environment. You will assist the storekeeper, stack inventory, and ensure compliance with safety standards on site.

The role requires a high school education, at least 1 year of related work experience, and the ability to lift 15-20 kg. English and Hindi communication skills are required to collaborate with team members and drivers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as helper, factory worker, or similar role.
• Strong physique able to lift 15-20 kg.
• Must communicate in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Receive and Inspection of all incoming materials and report any damages
• Shortages to storekeeper
• Barcode all incoming material for FG
• Stack all materials in the allocated location in a way to optimize available and human resources
• Arrange picking up of materials as per Pick slip and verify the items along with storekeeper
• Load and unload goods from the vehicle as instructed by storekeeper
• Maintain warehouse and surrounding area neat and orderly manner
• Assist storekeeper and Store Manager in Cycle count
• Accompany the driver for deliveries as and when instructed by storekeeper
• Ensure safety at all time
• Use company assets with utmost care

Helpers perform a wide range of duties including preparing materials, handling tools, and ensuring that work environments are organized and safe.
