We are hiring an Helicopter workshop Manager to work closely with Customer and all associated Managers to carry out intermediate maintenance to achieve a high rate of aircraft readiness.

Job Description :

Duties & responsibilities :
  • Workshop Management : Oversee personnel, equipment, and facilities to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of rotary and fixed-wing aircraft.
  • Process Implementation : Develop and enforce standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with military, OEM, and safety standards.
  • Operational Coordination : Manage logistics for parts, tools, and manuals while coordinating daily maintenance flow with other departments to support flight operations.
  • Quality and Performance Control : Conduct maintenance trend analysis, apply quality and production control techniques, and monitor adherence to directives and safety procedures.
  • Training and Reporting : Identify training needs, prepare regular performance and status reports, and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.
  • HR and Accountability : Handle staff appraisals, HR matters, and ensure full accountability of workshop tools and assets.
Profile / Requirements :
  • Bachelor in Aviation discipline or FAA A&P License.
  • Knowledge of The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS).
  • Minimum of 15 Years working experience in the area of aviation maintenance or aviation related field. Managerial and leadership experience, preferably in a multicultural and / or military environment.
  • Minimum of 7 Years Management.
