We are hiring a helicopter AW139 Blade Technician to assist the Blade Supervisor to accomplish aviation unit, and intermediate maintenance inspections and repairs on aircraft Blades.

Duties & responsibilities
  1. Perform composite and blade repairs: Repair aircraft blades and composite structures on rotary-wing aircraft following approved methods and standards.
  2. Apply composite materials: Mix and apply epoxy, fiberglass, honeycomb, carbon, and Kevlar materials using precision tools and alignment fixtures.
  3. Ensure corrosion protection and safety compliance: Apply corrosion prevention treatments and maintain safe storage for flammable and hazardous materials.
  4. Manage materials and documentation: Requisition and track composite materials, maintain stock levels, and complete maintenance records per regulations.
  5. Train and maintain accountability: Instruct host nation personnel on composite repair procedures and ensure proper control of tools and equipment.
Profile / Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Helicopter blade and / or composite structures training course from an accredited military or civilian aeronautical school.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years working with helicopter blade and composite structures.
  • Knowledgeable on The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS) is a plus.
