NMDC Group has an opening for a Heat Treatment and PWHT professional in Abu Dhabi. You will perform furnace operations, PWHT, and associated testing per project standards. Hands-on work includes thermocouple installation, temperature monitoring, and documentation.

Experience in fabrication, construction, oil & gas, offshore or industrial settings is advantageous. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and accurate reporting for piping and welded joints across projects.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Heat Treatment Furnace Operations and PWHT.
• Hands-on experience in thermocouple installation, temperature monitoring and PWHT equipment operation.
• Experience in fabrication, construction, oil & gas, offshore or industrial projects is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Perform heat treatment furnace operations and PWHT as per standard JD.
• Install thermocouples, monitor temperatures and record data accurately.
• Prepare heat treatment reports and maintain compliant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and quality standards.
• Support heat treatment of piping and structural weld joints in fabrication and construction projects.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Heat Treatment Furnace Operations and Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) activities.

Hands-on experience in:

• Thermocouple installation and setup
• Temperature monitoring and recording
• Operation of heat treatment furnaces and local PWHT machines
• Preparation of heat treatment reports and documentation
• Compliance with HSE requirements and quality standards
• Heat treatment of piping and structural weld joints in fabrication and construction projects

Ability to read and understand PWHT requests, procedures, and technical reports.

Experience in fabrication, construction, oil & gas, offshore, or industrial projects will be an added advantage.
