Qualifications

• Emirati national with a valid family book.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management, insurance pre-approvals, or medical claims submission.
• Strong medical background with ability to reconcile clinical and insurance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review and process assigned insurance claim and pre-approval forms.
• Update approvals received from insurers with full accuracy.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Perform analysis of medical records.
• Submit insurance pre-approvals aligned with KPIs.
• Monitor coordination with stakeholders to prevent revenue leakage.
• Educate billing and clinical documentation teams.
