Job description

OBJECTIVE

To seek a well experienced Health-care manager that will be responsible in ensuring the effective running of our healthcare facility.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• He must manage the health care facility and responsible for ensuring that every business aspect and activity related to a facility is running efficiently and effectively.
• He ensures that doctors, physicians, nurses, technicians and nursing assistants deliver consistent and quality health care.

Reporting to: CEO

Subordinates: Healthcare Staff and Admin Staff

Number Required: 1

Probation: 6 months

Working Hours: 48 hours per week

Other Benefits: will be discussed upon interview.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Medical background: MD, Dentist, Specialist
• Masters Degree in Healthcare management or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years clinical practice and management experience
• Preferably Arab Nationality
• Bilingual: English and Arabic
