Job summary

HireHouse is seeking a Data Scientist with 3+ years of experience in healthcare AI to build AI/ML models for clinical and operational use, analyze EHR/IoT data, and develop decision-support dashboards. You will evaluate GenAI, LLMs, and computer vision solutions while ensuring privacy, safety, and governance.

The role collaborates with clinicians, engineers and business stakeholders, and requires strong Python/SQL skills, healthcare data experience, and cloud platform know-how.

Qualifications

• Expert Python & SQL; R preferred.
• Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, scikit-learn, statsmodels.
• Strong statistics, ML, causal inference and forecasting.
• Healthcare AI / EHR / clinical data experience.
• Computer Vision: CNN, U-Net, Vision Transformers, DICOM.
• GenAI: LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, prompt engineering and AI agents.
• Cloud/ML platforms such as Azure, Databricks, AWS/GCP.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Preferred: Experience with Epic, FHIR, HL7, OMOP, medical imaging, clinical decision support and responsible/clinical AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML solutions for healthcare, clinical and operational use cases.
• Analyze EHR, clinical, imaging, operational and IoT data.
• Build predictive, statistical, NLP, forecasting and optimization models.
• Develop and evaluate Generative AI, LLM, RAG and agentic AI solutions.
• Work on Computer Vision for medical imaging and multimodal AI.
• Perform model validation, statistical analysis, explainability and fairness testing.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data engineers, AI/ML engineers and business stakeholders.
• Create dashboards and decision-support solutions using Power BI/Tableau/Streamlit.
• Ensure responsible AI, privacy, governance and clinical safety.
