A leading international construction firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to oversee health and safety operations. The successful candidate will lead the development of safety initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations. Expertise in construction safety and a strong background in management are essential. This role includes regular travel and close collaboration with site teams to promote a robust safety culture.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in construction, including 5 years in management.
• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in Health and Safety.
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the health and safety management system.
• Provide guidance to project teams on health and safety.
• Lead incident investigations and coordinate preventive actions.
