Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for a qualified HSE Officer to ensure safety compliance and effective implementation of HSE policies on construction sites in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of UAE-based experience, strong knowledge of HSE standards, and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, preparing safety documentation, and coordinating with on-site management.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in construction safety (UAE experience preferred).
• Additional HSE Certifications (UAE recognized).
• Strong knowledge of worksite HSE standards and risk assessments.
• Good communication and report writing skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures at the project site.
• Conduct daily inspections, toolbox talks, and safety inductions for workers.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor and safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and incident records.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site management and subcontractors on safety requirements.
