Job summary

Kerzner International in Dubai’s One & Only The Palm is seeking a Sommelier to join the F&B team and elevate wine service for Casea 101 restaurant.

You will manage wine revenue, drive sales through expert recommendations, and lead the team to deliver seamless service to high-profile guests in an upscale 5-star resort. Excellent English is required with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in an upscale 5-star hotel/resort.
• Experience in a restaurant with strong wine knowledge.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing all wine revenue of Casea 101 restaurant.
• Drives wine and beverage sales through expert recommendations and guest engagement while leading the team and delivering seamless service to high-profile guests.

• you will be responsible in managing all the wine revenue of Casea 101 restaurant
• Drives wine and beverage sales through expert recommendations and guest engagement while leading the team and delivering seamless service to high-profile guests
• Suitable candidate should have a minimum of 2-year experience in the same in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment capacity and has worked in a restaurant with strong wine knowledge.
• Should have excellent management and interpersonal skills and be able to build strong relationship with high profile and diverse clientele.
• Should be a dynamic team player and able to provide the highest standard of service to our guests.
• Excellent spoken and written English is required, and additional languages will be highly regarded in this role.
