Job summary

DP World in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee planning, execution and closure of AV/ELV projects with values reaching into the tens of millions. You will manage schedules, budgets, resources and vendor performance while ensuring HSE compliance and quality across the portfolio.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, within scope and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong AV/ELV systems knowledge (CCTV, ACS, AV, Structured Cabling, BMS)
• Agile and Waterfall methodologies familiarity
• Budgeting and resource allocation proficiency
• Certified PMP with project execution experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution and closure of all projects to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
• Approve project schedules, methodologies and control frameworks across the portfolio
• Own cost control, margin protection, cash flow, forecasting and variance analysis with PMs
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage variations, support invoicing and claims
• Plan and optimize manpower, subcontractors and resources with correct skill mix
• Ensure compliant procurement and monitor vendor performance and scope
• Resolve escalated issues and provide senior operational direction
• Enforce quality standards, HSE compliance and NCR closure
• Act as senior interface for clients and consultants, manage escalations
• Monitor KPIs (cost, schedule, quality, risk) and report to management
• Implement standardized project controls, best practices and lessons learned
• Promote high-performance culture and lead PM review meetings
• Provide operational input to business development

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Understanding of Smart Technologies
  • Strong AV/ELV systems knowledge (CCTV, ACS, AV, Structured Cabling, BMS Interface .. etc ).
• Project Management
  • Agile and Waterfall Methodologies: Comprehensive knowledge of different project management approaches and tools.
  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Competency in managing project budgets and resources effectively.
  • Previous experience in execution successfully AV/ELV Projects with value of 50 - 30M and above
