Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking a senior platform leader in Abu Dhabi to steer platform engineering and operations across core banking, payments and enterprise workflows.

You will drive modernization, API enablement and cloud-native transformation while ensuring regulatory compliance and resilient, scalable systems. The role demands leadership of large cross-functional teams and a focus on automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Workflow & Process Automation Experience with BPM case management and enterprise workflow orchestration.
• Platform Engineering & Integration Ability to lead platform modernization API enablement and cloud-native transformation.
• Regulatory & Operational Risk Acumen Familiarity with compliance audit and operational resilience requirements.
• Leadership & Execution Proven ability to lead large-scale platform programs and cross-functional teams.
