About the Opportunity

eMagine Solutions, the region’s authority in executive search and talent acquisition, is seeking a visionary Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale the hiring strategy for a high-growth, market-leading European FinTech. You’ll be the architect of a best-in-class talent function, partnering with C-suite leaders and driving the recruitment of top-tier professionals across Europe and beyond.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and implement a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy aligned with rapid FinTech growth and global expansion goals.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing international recruitment team focused on sourcing, engaging, and retaining top industry talent.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership, HR, and business stakeholders to understand talent needs and shape organizational design.
