About the Opportunity
eMagine Solutions, the region’s authority in executive search and talent acquisition, is seeking a visionary Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale the hiring strategy for a high-growth, market-leading European FinTech. You’ll be the architect of a best-in-class talent function, partnering with C-suite leaders and driving the recruitment of top-tier professionals across Europe and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy aligned with rapid FinTech growth and global expansion goals.
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing international recruitment team focused on sourcing, engaging, and retaining top industry talent.
- Partner closely with executive leadership, HR, and business stakeholders to understand talent needs and shape organizational design.
- Champion the employer brand across Europe and the Middle East, positioning the company as an employer of choice in the FinTech ecosystem.
- Leverage data-driven insights, market mapping, and innovative sourcing techniques to attract the best and brightest minds in technology, product, data, and commercial roles.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for senior-level, niche, and volume hiring across multiple geographies.
- Optimize recruitment processes using the latest HR tech, ATS, and AI-driven sourcing tools.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences and maintain high standards of communication, assessment, and onboarding.
- Monitor and report on key talent metrics, continuously improving time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and retention rates.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role—ideally within FinTech, financial services, or high-growth tech.
- Demonstrated success leading talent functions for multinational or European-focused organizations.
- Deep understanding of the FinTech landscape, talent market trends, and regulatory environments across Europe.
- Proven ability to design and execute talent strategies for rapid scaling, digital transformation, and organizational change.
- Expertise in executive search, direct sourcing, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills at the C-suite level.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform strategy and drive results.
