A tier one bank is seeking a Head of Service – Securities Services to take end-to-end accountability for technology delivery, vendor / platform strategy, and team leadership across the bank’s expanding Securities Services business. 10+ years banking technology experience is a pre-requisite for this role.

The Role

• Own the technology roadmap and execution for Custody, Fund Administration, and Asset Servicing
• Oversee TCS BaNCS and fund administration platforms (e.g., Multifonds , SimCorp , etc.)
• Drive digital transformation and platform modernization initiatives
• Lead a 10–15 member team , managing delivery, performance, and vendor strategy
• Engage directly with ADX and SCA , ensuring seamless integration and compliance
• Combine Waterfall for COTS projects with embedded Agile practices

Preferred Background

• Senior Technology Head / VP / CTO in Securities Services, Investor Services, Custody, or Fund Administration
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS / Azure) and vendor management
