Job summary

Al Ain Educational LLC is seeking a Head of Secondary for The Sheikh Zayed Academy for Boys in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will lead academic quality, ensure curriculum alignment with Massachusetts standards, and support both faculty and students. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and PGCE or equivalent, with at least 3 years teaching experience and 1 year in a senior leadership role. We offer a renewable fixed-term contract for 2 years with a highly competitive tax-free salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience.
• At least 1 year in a senior leadership role.
• Clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee effective delivery of classroom instruction in Secondary School.
• Ensure curriculum alignment with national and international standards.
• Promote school vision and values across the secondary phase.
• Lead quality of teaching and assessment, including external benchmarks.
