First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking a specialist to support the Tuning, Calibration & Analytics function within Financial Crime Operations. The role involves tuning, calibration, optimization and analytics across sanctions screening and AML monitoring platforms to improve alert quality and reduce false positives.

You will coordinate with Group IT and stakeholders to deploy fit-for-purpose configurations, conduct testing and deliver user training for go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Technology, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• ICA, CAMS or equivalent Financial Crime Compliance certification is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Perform tuning, calibration and optimization across sanctions screening and AML monitoring platforms.
• Produce analytics and MI dashboards for stakeholders.
• Coordinate system changes with Group IT and business units, including BRD/FSD documentation.
• Deliver training for users on tuned/updated screening systems.
• Maintain fit-for-purpose algorithms, thresholds and rules across FAB locations.
