We're looking to hire a Head of Sales & Marketing Lead to be based in our Sharjah office in Aljada, this is a General Manager role, ideally looking to hire someone with 2-5 years of Real estate experience.

Please note this is a commission-based role with strong investment in our digital platforms for leads, we’re also looking to hire someone who is comfortable to be in-front of camera.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role combining traditional real estate sales with cutting-edge marketing. You’ll work directly with clients and developers, manage property listings, create engaging content, and be one the face of our brand across platforms including social media, video, and email.

You’ll also get to work with AI tools that optimize how we handle lead scoring, property recommendations, content workflows, and client communication giving you a smarter way to sell.

  • Meet and close deals with both local and international buyers
  • Handle inbound leads and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Attend property viewings and meetings across Dubai (must have car)
  • Build strong relationships with developers and partners
  • Use internal AI tools to track lead quality and improve conversion
Marketing
  • Upload and manage listings on our CMS with compelling content
  • Manage listing on Marketplaces
  • Work with our video editing team to create compeling content
  • Appear on camera for video walkthroughs, reels, and promotional clips
  • Collaborate with the editing team to produce short-form video content
  • Launch and manage email and SMS campaigns using marketing automation tools
  • Contribute to growth strategies across paid, organic, and influencer channels
Who You Are
  • Experienced in Dubai real estate or property sales or marketing
  • Tech-savvy and open to learning new tools and platforms (including AI)
  • Confident communicator both face-to-face and on camera
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and content quality
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Familiar with CMS tools, WhatsApp Business, Mailchimp, Canva, and CRMs

Minimum Requirements (Must-Haves)
  • Valid UAE residency visa
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and own car
  • Experience in real estate sales and/or marketing
  • Comfortable appearing on camera for video content
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus)
