Job summary

Harjai Computers in the UAE is seeking a seasoned wealth management leader to steer the local sales strategy, drive AUM growth and expand client acquisition. This role focuses on relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, Family Offices, private banks, and distribution partners to penetrate the market with a broad suite of wealth products.

The candidate will lead a high-performing sales team, develop strategic UAE distribution channels, and own targets, pipelines, and overall performance.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Asset management companies.
• Proven track record in managing AUM mobilisation and client acquisition.
• Strong network among HNI/UHNI clients, Family Offices and wealth/investment channels in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the UAE sales strategy to drive AUM, revenue and client acquisition.

Skills

10+ years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Private Banking or Investment Distribution.

Proven track record of AUM mobilisation and management.

Strong experience selling multiple wealth/investment products.

Demonstrated experience leading and managing a sales team.

Strong network among HNI/UHNI clients, Family Offices and wealth/investment channels in the UAE.

Strong commercial, relationship-management and leadership skills.

Mandatory asset management company experience.
