Job summary

DP World Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior leader to head the Registration & Offshore sections, ensuring targets align with the department's strategy and delivering high‑level operational performance.

The role oversees budgeting, resource allocation, and staff development, while acting as the Head of Section in absence. You will coordinate with government entities, approve routine transactions, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and align the section's plans with the department strategy to achieve targets.
• Act as Head of Section for leasing or licensing during absence.
• Provide guidance, training, coaching and develop staff to achieve high performance.
• Approve transactions within delegated authority and escalate high‑risk cases.
• Prepare and analyze reports informing management of operational results.
• Oversee budget and resources including staffing and expenses within approved budgets.
• Monitor performance and develop staff, giving feedback to maximize performance.
• Recommend process and documentation enhancements to increase efficiency.
• Liaise with government entities to ensure compliance.
• Present research results and recommendations to management.
