Job summary

Asico Real Estate Llc, a Dubai-based real estate firm, seeks a Head of Projects to lead the entire project portfolio. You will ensure design integrity, commercial viability and construction excellence while driving innovation, sustainability and regulatory compliance.

Requires 12–15 years in real estate development or construction PM, with at least 5 years in the GCC, a Civil/Architecture degree, PMP, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of progressive experience in real estate development or construction project management
• Minimum of 5 years in the GCC region
• Client/developer side experience or with a PMC/Consultancy preferred
• Led multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, PMs, BIM) and interfaced with authorities, financiers, and JV partners
• End-to-end project delivery experience: design governance, value engineering, contractor management, handover
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; PMP certification required
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM
• Strong command of FIDIC Conditions of Contract, with experience administering FIDIC-based agreements
• Fluent Arabic and strong English (written and spoken)
