Job summary

Asico, a Dubai-based real estate and development firm, seeks a Head of Projects to lead the company’s entire project portfolio with a focus on design integrity, commercial viability, and construction excellence.

The role ensures safe, on‑time, on‑budget delivery while driving innovation, sustainability, and regulatory compliance across developments. Requires 12–15 years in real estate development or PM, GCC experience, and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in real estate development or construction project management.
• PMP certification is required.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English language skills.
• Strong command of engineering software and platforms including AutoCAD and BIM.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Planning across the project slate.
• Design Integrity & Technical Governance for developments.
• Construction Management & Site Authority oversight.
• Financial & Commercial Management of projects.
• Stakeholder & Authority Management with regulators and JV partners.
• Team Development & Operations to build capability.
• Periodic Reporting on project progress and performance.
• Market Intelligence & Risk management for ongoing initiatives.
