The position offers flexible remote or hybrid options with compensation tied to performance and KPIs. The focus is on scaling enterprise adoption of AI while ensuring compliance auditability and ethical use.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product roadmaps value propositions and success metrics.
• Lead delivery of AI-driven products including RAG digital tax platforms and Big Data solutions.
• Build and enforce frameworks for audits ethics traceability and procurement standards.
• Partner with senior stakeholders compliance teams and international collaborators.
• Drive collaboration across engineering legal and business groups to align product goals with compliance requirements.
• Spot new opportunities where AI can transform enterprise workflows and deliver measurable value.

Requirements
