• At least 7 years of experience in a commercial/universal Bank context in a relationship management client-facing role.
• Experience working with high net worth clients executing client transactions.

Responsibilities

• Direct the New to Bank (NTB) clients acquisition process.
• Perform day-to-day Banking services efficiently.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and interact with internal resources.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service.
