Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising in Dubai, UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Outdoor Advertising Sales to lead the commercial strategy and revenue generation for our digital and static outdoor advertising inventory, including Digital Unipoles, Media Facades, Hoardings, and LED Screens. This leadership role requires a dynamic professional with an exceptional track record in the UAE outdoor advertising industry, deep market knowledge, and strong agency/client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from digital and static outdoor media assets.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting KPIs and driving accountability.
  • Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of direct client relationships (brands and CMOs), media buying units, and leading advertising agencies (local & international).
  • Engage with key decision-makers across sectors such as real estate, telecom, automotive, FMCG, retail, and tech.
  • Ensure year-on-year revenue growth, targeting AED 5–8 million+ per annum in personal and team sales.
  • Negotiate and close large-scale, high-value media deals aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and partner forums.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of outdoor advertising sales experience in Dubai, with a focus on DOOH media.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and scaling commercial teams.
  • Strong track record of high-value sales (minimum AED 5-8M/year in the past 3 years).
  • Existing network of direct clients and agency contacts.
  • Deep understanding of local media buying practices and client expectations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media or related field.
  • Preferred Nationality: Lebanese or Eastern European.
