Led by Caroline Potel, our Swim Director and French National Jr Coach, our team includes highly qualified teachers and coaches from around the world.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Head of Operations. The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, developing and implementing operational strategies, ensuring adherence to budgets, and improving organizational efficiency. This role requires coordinating with various departments, analyzing data to inform decisions, and maintaining high standards of service.

Planning and managing Scheduling for 12 sites and over 50 employees

Supporting events and competitions operations

Qualifications
