Guildhall is supporting a leading neo-luxury real estate developer in the UAE in their search for a Head of Marketing. This executive role oversees the full marketing ecosystem including brand, creative, digital, PR, media, events, and experience.
Responsibilities
Brand Leadership & Positioning
- Lead and evolve the company’s neo-luxury brand strategy and visual identity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints.
- Develop brand guidelines, design systems, and governance frameworks.
Team Leadership & Vendor Management
- Oversee all marketing, creative, content, and digital functions.
- Manage agencies, production partners, media houses, and influencers.
- Align marketing strategies with Sales, Operations, Innovation, and executive leadership.
Launches, Events & Experiential Marketing
- Lead strategy and execution for project launches, brand events, and activations.
- Ensure high-quality storytelling and immersive brand experiences.
- Oversee event budgeting, production quality, and performance metrics.
Media Strategy & Campaign Performance
- Drive digital and traditional media planning, buying, and analytics.
- Oversee creative development and ensure strong campaign performance.
- Optimize lead generation, ROI, and media placement.
Creative Direction & 3D Content
- Oversee all 3D renders, animations, and visual content for projects.
- Ensure alignment with architectural standards and luxury visual benchmarks.
- Approve all final visuals and creative assets.
PR, Communications & Reputation Management
- Lead PR strategy, corporate communication and media relations.
- Manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
- Monitor sentiment, share of voice, and overall brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10–15+ years of experience, including senior leadership roles in luxury real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
- Proven track record of building and executing high-impact marketing strategies.
- Strong background in brand building, digital marketing, media management, and experiential events.
- Deep knowledge of regional market trends, customer behaviours, and luxury positioning.
- Outstanding leadership, creative direction, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing large teams and multi-million-dollar marketing budgets.
