Job summary

ADNOC Distribution is seeking a seasoned Manager Market Research to lead the enterprise customer, market and insights function. You will translate data into strategic recommendations that shape brand, portfolio, customer experience and commercial performance.

Reporting to the VP Marketing Strategy & Planning, you will govern insights strategy, oversee market research programs, develop segmentation, and provide executive decision support with data-driven storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise customer and market insights strategy.
• Oversee comprehensive market research programs (quantitative, qualitative, ethnographic).
• Lead advanced segmentation, profiling, and journey analytics.
• Translate datasets into clear, actionable insights for strategy and investments.
• Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership for informed decisions.
• Partner with marketing, product, digital, and commercial teams to embed insights.
• Manage enterprise customer insight dashboards and data governance.
